Mitsubishi has released a photo teasing three new concept cars that will be presented next month at an auto show in Tokyo. As usual in such cases , the trio of cars will form a foretaste of the new design line of the company and the new technologies that will be presented in the coming years as part of @earth philosophy. The first of the three is the GC-PHEV-Grand Cruiser-concept, which is nothing less than the future of big SUVs of Mitsubishi. As you can understand from the name it will have a plug-in hybrid system, featuring the S-AWC system brand .
The second concept car is the XR-PHEV-Cross Runner- which is a compact SUV. Like its big brother, it moves thanks to a plug-in hybrid system and it’s design is influenced by coupe cars.
Finally , the last one is the Concept AR-Active Runabout-. This is a small MPV that promises to offer mobility and practicality of an SUV with a spacious interior that is usually found in MPVs. Under the hood there will be a conventional , small, turbocharged direct injection engine and the passenger is designed with comfort in mind.
