AC Schnitzer presented the ACS3 CLS II, at the 1995 Frankfurt Auto Show. The car was a modified BMW M3 E36 that was tuned to produce 350 hp with 355 Nm of torque and it was able to do the 0-100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds, having a top speed of 290 km/h.
It had a sports suspension and an upgraded brake system. It also featured a body kit consisting of new front and rear bumpers, a roof wing and an electrically adjusted suspension.
