Hyundai presented the Genesis G90, or EQ900 as it will be called in Korea. The design of the model, was done by the new Prestige Design Division of Hyundai under the guidance of Peter Schreyer.

The Genesis G90 features an hexagonal grille and a long bonnet. Its interior features an infotainment system and high quality materials.
It will be available with three engines: a 3.3 liter V6 delivering 370 hp with 520 Nm of torque, a 3.8 liter V6 GDI producing 315 hp and a 5 liter V8 GDI with 425 hp, that enables the car to accelerate to 100 km/h from a standstill in 5.7 seconds.
The engines are combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission while the power will be transferred to the rear axle, with a four-wheel drive system being available as optional. The Genesis G90 weighs from 2420 to 2595 kg depending on the version and it has a length of 5.205 meters, a width of 1.915 meters and a height of 1.495 meters.
Its suspension consists of a multi-link arrangement both at the front and rear. Sales of the G90 will be launched in Korea in the first half of 2016 while in other markets, at the second half of the year.
