Mercedes presented the interior of the new E-Class that features two 12.3-inch screens, one positioned in front of the driver to operate as a digital instrument panel and the other one, located above the central console. Of course, these two displays are an element of optional equipment. The basic E-Class is equipped with two conventional analogue instruments associated with a 7 inch screen and an 8.4 inch screen in the center console.
Another features of the new Mercedes-Benz E Class, are the touch controls on the steering wheel, that operate just like a smart phone screen and allow other than a standard “touch”, a horizontal and vertical swipe. The different versions of the car will have a different wheel, infotainment, decorations and materials available, with most of the versions will feature a leather upholstery offered in many colors.
