Lamborghini presented officially in Geneva, the Huracan, its new supercar that replaces the highly successful Gallardo.

The car already has 700 orders and it is equipped with a V10 5,2- liter engine of the Gallardo, wearing a new system of direct and indirect injection called”Iniezione Diretta Stratificata” (IDS), which helps the car to “grow” in power producing 610 hp @ 8,250 rpm with 560 Nm of torque @ 6,500 rpm.

The engine is combined with the new 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission called Lamborghini Doppia Frizione (LDF) with three modes Strada, Sport and Corsa, which sends power to all four wheels through a fully electronically controlled all-wheel drive.

It weighs 1,422 kilos and it can do the 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds , the 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds and has a top speed of 325 km/h . The Huracán has a ratio of 2.33 kg/horse with Lamborghini equipping it with a Start/Stop system helping it in this way to achieve an average fuel consumption of 12.5 litres/100 km and 290 g/km emission of CO2.
