Honda has brought at Los Angeles the US-spec version of the Civic. The coupe version of the 10th generation of the model features a dynamic design highlighted with expressive lights and an imposing grille with a chrome stripe.
The new Civic is based on a brand new platform, which, according to Honda, promises to set new standards in handling. In terms of engines, the Civic Coupe will be available with two sets, a 2 liter i-VTEC engine producing 158 hp at 6,000 rpm and 187 Nm of torque at 4,200 rpm, which can be combined with either a CVT transmission, or a 6-speed manual. The second engine is a four-cylinder 1.5 liter turbo, that delivers 174 hp at 5,500 rpm and 220 Nm of torque available from 1,800 up to 5,500 rpm.
Its interior is similar to the sedan version and it has high quality materials, a digital instrument panel, automatic air conditioning, electronic parking brake and automatic locking.
