Mercedes may be preparing an even more powerfull AMG GT R

Mercedes is testing these days in Nurburgring Nordschleife two AMG GT R, one simple and one that has extra canards on the front bumper and a different single exhaust on the back. This car might be a hardcore version of the model, or it may just be an extra aerodynamic package, that the company will offer.

The simple AMG GT R is equipped with a 4 liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 585 hp with 700 Nm of torque. Apart from this, its weight has been reduced by 90 kilos, reaching 1,554 kg, which means that it is able to accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, having a top speed of 318 km/h.
