It’s official, Mercedes-AMG has acquired 25% stake in the Italian motorcycle company, MV Agusta. The German company has not announced the amount spent on the purchase of shares, but rumors say that the paid 30 million Euros for the purchase.
The two companies have a long-term relationship that will include cooperation in the fields of marketing and sales, with the deal to be completed towards the end of the year. The Mercedes-AMG will appoint one of its members on the board of MV Agusta.
