Mercedes-Benz presented in Paris the B-Class facelift. The model has minor changes in the exterior, with a new front bumper with larger air intakes, new grille, new lights front and rear, with the front to have built-in LED daytime running lights, new rear bumper and trapezoidal tailpipes.

The interior has been updated and it features an 8 inch screen. There are six trim levels (Style, Urban, AMG Line, Night, Exclusive and AMG Exclusive), with the backlight having 12 colors. There is also a new steering wheel, wooden decorations and a Keyless-Go and Collision prevention assist plus systems. The Attention assist is upgraded and it can operate at speeds of 60-200 km/h, while the Traffic Sign Assist system has been upgraded and it is able to read more road signs and speed limit signs.

Mechanically the only change is that the B200 CDI is available in four-wheel drive 4MATIC. Specifically there are five diesel engines, five petrol engines and one with gas, with the B-Class Electric Drive delivering 132 kW (180 hp) and 340 Nm of torque
