Porsche presented the liveries of this year’s 919 Hybrid, which features red, black and white color combinations. This year’s 919 Hybrid weighs less and it has improved rigidity and aerodynamics.
The car is equipped with a turbocharged, two-liter, V4 petrol engine producing more than 500 hp, combined with an electric motor that drives the wheels of the front axle and two energy recovery systems. The energy recovered, is stored in water-cooled lithium-ion batteries, so that it can be used latter.
