After many rumors confirming and denying that Rolls-Royce will produce an SUV, the company itself made an official announcement, with the President of the brand, Peter Schwarzenbauer and CEO, Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes, announcing that for the first time, the English brand will launch on the market an SUV.
In fact, not just an SUV after the two men avoided skillfully using the word, but a “high-bodied car” that can “move on any terrain.”
The top executives said that the decision to add this model to the range of RR, was significantly affected by the prompts of many of its customers and they emphasized that the car will offer the luxury for which the company is known to have. It is worth mentioning that this new vehicle of Rolls-Royce will be based on a brand new aluminum platform.
