According to rumors, the company that currently owns and operates Nurburgring, will lift the ban on speed limits and time recording devices for automakers.
These limits exist, after an accident of a Nissan GT-R, that resulted in the tragic death of a spectator. The CEO of the track, Carsten Schumacher confirmed that in mid-June the speed limits were applied even during tests by the automakers.
