Honda chose Croatia to film the promo video of the new Civic Type R and unsurprisingly some photos of Japanese hot hatchback were leaked online.
The Honda Civic Type R has lost the outrageous body kit of the prototype that we saw at the Geneva Motor Show in March, but it still seems fierce with a huge rear spoiler, which incorporates the tail lights. It also has a diffuser, side skirts, large black alloy wheels and quad tailpipes.
It will be equipped with a brand new, 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine which will produce “at least” 280 hp which initially at least, will be combined with six-speed manual gearbox, with the power to pass to the front axle.
