Mazda presented at the Los Angeles auto show the renewed version of the CX-5. The facelift of the crossover of the Japanese company, features a new grille, restyled lights, new 19 inch alloy wheels and two new colors options.

The interior features better quality materials and a new center console. The seats are upgraded and the car features improved soundproofing materials. The 2016 CX-5 is also fitted with an electronic parking brake, the Mazda Connect infotainment system and larger storage spaces.
Mechanically, the CX-5 facelift, has a new structure for the front and rear shock absorbers and re-shaped lower wishbone. Finally, with regard to engines, the crossover will be available with SKYACTIV sets of 2 and 2.5 liters with power outputs ranging from 165 to 195 hp. The engines are combined with a manual or automatic gearbox. While the all-wheel drive is featured on the optional equipment list.
