Skoda presented the new Fabia in 2014 and the demand for the car is so big that the company is forced to increase production in their main plant in Mlada Boleslav.
This factory manufactures also the Rapid Spaceback, for which Skoda also increases production. Specifically, in Mlada Boleslav 800 Fabia, Fabia Combi and Rapid Spaceback are manufactured every day but now 1,200 cars will roll off the production line every day. To achieve the expansion, Skoda added one more shift and hired 800 people.
