Audi published the first pictures of the Audi R8 e-tron. The car has a different grille and a different front bumper in comparison to the normal R8, with closed air intakes, closed fake side air intakes, new rims, to improve aerodynamics, the changes are completed with a different rear bumper with a decorative metal design to simulate the image of an exhaust.
The R8 e-tron is equipped with two electric motors producing 340 kW (462 hp) with 920 Nm of torque, with the car being able to do the 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, having an autonomy of 450 km and a top speed of 250 km/h. Its lithium-ion batteries, are arranged in T and they can be fully charge using a quick charger in less than two hours, while there is also a wireless charging system available.
