Aston Martin announced that they withdrew the lawsuit that they filed a few days ago against Henrik Fisker, since Fisker agreed to not produce the Thunderbolt concept.

Aston Martin in the lawsuit, accused Fisker for copyright infringement, saying that the car was not a V12 Vanquish, but a DB9 or a DBS.
The British automaker said also that several elements of the Thunderbolt, like the grille, the logos, the side vents and others, are protected under copyright law.
Fisker, in a joint statement with Aton Martin, agree that the Thunderbolt will not go into production.
