Ola Kallenius, chief of sales and marketing of Mercedes said that an SUV from Maybach is a “good idea”, adding that in all likelihood, it will be based on the next generation of the GLS which will be launched sometime in 2018. The car will be probably equipped with a V12 engine, or a 4 liter twin-turbo V8.
