The Nissan R390 was designed by Ian Callum and while it was a pure race car, it weighted just over 1 tonne. It was equipped with a 3.5 liter V8 producing 550 hp, combined with a 6-speed sequential gearbox. The car was manufactured for Nissan to participate in Le Mans, with only two road versions to be ever released. One of the cars is in the warehouse of Nissan in Zama and the other one, is said to be owned by a collector.
