The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Tommi Makinen Edition was created to celebrate the four world titles in the WRC, that Tommi Makinen won with Mitsubishi. The car was equipped with a 2 liter engine producing 280 hp, combined with a 5 speed transmission, with the 0-100 km/h coming in 4.6 seconds. Just 2,500 cars were built by Mitsubishi and all were available in red, white, blue, black and silver color.
The car also featured 17 inch Enkei white rims, Recaro seats, Momo leather steering wheel and gear knob and a new front bumper.
