Vitesse AuDessus the company that offers carbon bodies for supercars, now offers also carbon rims. According to the company, the manufacturing technology of the rims is similar to that used by the teams of Formula 1.
The carbon rims reduce the unsprung weight by more than 50%, thus offering better handling, better grip, reduced noise and better fuel economy. For now, the company offers carbon rims for all models of Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini and many other companies at a cost that starts from $8,875 per wheel and can reach up to $10,125.
