The American company Terrafugia announced that the new version of the TF-X, their new flying car, is closer than ever to production. The car combines an internal combustion engine and two electric motors that can give it a constant speed of 322 km/h when flying and an autonomy of up to 800 km while in the air.
The new model promises greater safety both on the road and in flight. Terrafugia states that its aim is to send the car in production and for people to use it as a normal car, that is “parked in a garage”.
The car provides an autopilot program so that after it takes off it can go to its destination by itself. It can carry up to 4 people, while its price will be approximately $300,000.
