The anniversary version of Z1000 was released last year, celebrating 40 years of the legendary model, but the Italian Kawasaki, wanted to renew our interest with their own special concept.
So they gave a task to the tunning company Angel Lussiana to present its own proposal for a commemorative Z. The Italian tuner has based the Z1000 in 2013, but also used data from the first Z1.
The color of the aluminum chassis of the Z1000 was removd to leave the original color of aluminium, while the engine was painted black to make the contrast. Significant changes were made to the cooling system. The refrigerator was reinstalled – horizontally this time – under the seat. The final four exhaust and chrome stainless steel necks give a unique style to the bike. The leather saddle finally was redesigned in order to resemble that of the first Z1.
The result is absolutely stunning. But we must not forget that this is a concept and that it will not be seen on the roads.
