Renault released a series of new photos of both the new Clio RS and Clio RS Cup, which eill be available form mid March.
The new Clio RS has a more aggressive bodykit, featuring a new front bumper with large air intakes, side spoiler, spoiler, LED daytime running lights, diffuser and dual trapezoidal tailpipe exhaust. At the interior it features leather bucket seats. It also features
start/stop system, keyless entry to the car, support Bluetooth and USB, the new entertainment R-Link system and touch screen navigation.It has different settings on the suspension and 18inch alloy wheels in “Dark Metal” color.
The Clio RS is equipped with a 1.6 liter turbo engine which produces 200 hp at 6,000 rpm and 234 Nm of torque, it features EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) automatic transmission, with paddles behind the steering wheel. When in Race mode automatic shifting is comleted in
150 milliseconds! There are also the Normal mode and Sport mode that can be selected through the RS button.
The 0-100 km/h is completed in 6.7 seconds, it has a top speed of 230 km/h, consumption is 6.3 liters/100 km and CO2 emissions are 144 g/km.
