Pogea Racing has prepared a tuning package for the Abarth 500, which features a new body kit, consisting of a new front, front splitter, hood vents, rear diffuser, new rear bumper, inflated fenders and side skirts.
The package makes the 1.4 liter four-cylinder engine of the car deliver 331 hp at 5,750 rpm and 411 Nm torque at 3,450 rpm. The engine has received a new bigger turbo, new intercooler, additional fuel pump, forged pistons, larger air intake and a new exhaust.
The car’s weight has been reduced by 71 kg, because of the extensive use of carbon parts for the body kit and the removal of the rear seats of the car.
Because of the reduced weight and high horsepower, the Abarth 500 by Pogea Racing can do the 0-100 km/h in 5.1 seconds, having a top speed of 262 km/h.
The package also features KW suspensions, aluminum six-piston brake calipers with 313 mm diameter disks, with the car standing on 17 inch OZ Racing Superturismo GT alloy wheels, with tires sized 205/40. The cost of the package is €12.500, which is pretty cheap in my opinion, for what you get.
