The supercar will be available in two versions, a racing version, which will initially be available from September 2016 and a street version that will be released afterwards.
The car will be equipped with a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine from the C6 Corvette ZR1, yielding 420 to 650 horsepower and 820 Nm of torque, with the power passing to the rear wheels through an automated manual transmission with paddles on the steering wheel.
The Hussarya is able to reach 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds from a standstill and it can do the 0-200 km/h in 8.9 seconds, with its top speed reaching about 340 km/hour. The company will also release a high-performance version that will produce up to 690 hp and will have larger brakes.
Arrinera used high strength steel for the construction of the chassis, with synthetic materials having been used for the body of the car. The company’s goal was for the Hussarya to not weigh more than 1,315 kilos, with the production version of the car to cost around $220,000.
