Aston Martin presented the fully electric Rapide. Although the British company presented the car as a concept, the model will go into production in 2017. It is equipped with an electric motor of Williams Advanced Engineering and it will be available in various versions, with its horsepower ranging from 550 to 1000 hp.
The batteries that supply energy to the electric motor are of LG and Samsung and they give the car a range of around 320 km. As for the cost of the car, it is expected to be somewhere between €180,000 and €225,000, with the company aiming to sell close to 400 Rapid E annually.
