Audi is recalling 22,000 cars

The first and largest recall concerns 21,074 cars, including the A6 constructed between March 28 2011 and March 25, 2013 and the A7 built from January 25, 2011 until March 19 2013.

The problem is located in the vehicles fitted with the heated and cooled seats, as the sensor on the front passenger seat may not work correctly and not open the air bag in a collision. So far no injuries or deaths have been reported, with the replacement of the sensor to solve the problem.

The second recall is much smaller and it concerns 904 A3 Cabriolet, manufactured between June 5, 2014 and April 1, 2015. The problem is located on the cover of the side airbag of the driver and passenger which may not have the right seams, which can prevent it from opening in an accident. So far no injuries or deaths have been reported.
