A rare BMW E30 Alpina C2 2.7 1988 will be auctioned on 12 April in Birmingham by Silverstone Auctions. This model is stronger than the E30 M3 but it may be sold at a lower price. For the record, well preserved M3 of that time, sell for 20 thousand to 80 thousand euros.
The Alpina E30 is equipped with an upgraded 6 cylinder in-line 2.7 liter engine that produces 210 hp and is able to complete the 0-100km/h in about 6.9 secondswith the top speed reachinbg 225km/h. It has a limited slip differential, larger fuel tank and an electric sunroof. The exterior is gray and of course, it stands on the characteristic of multi spoke wheels Alpina. The car has traveled more than 100,000 miles ( about 160,000 km ) but is in really great shape.
