The Japanese are known for their love for tuning cars. So it’s not particularly surprising that the first tuned BMW i3 we see comes from the land of the rising sun.
The model name is EVO i3 and as you can see in the pictures, it has turned into something very different from the city car it once was. The EVO i3 has inflated fenders, brand new front bumper with large air intakes, rear diffuser and plenty of carbon fiber throughout the length of the car. The package is completed by the 20 inch alloy wheels. The i3 is already extreme, and maybe that’s why this body kit does not seem excessive.
We do not know if the EVO i3 is a demo-car or if the body kit will enter large-scale production.
