The De Tomaso Pantera debuted in the early 70s but the GT5 version of the car, was presented in May of 1980. The GT5 was perhaps the most aggresive and sportier version of the Pantera.
It had an aerodynamic body kit that included a very big rear spoiler and larger wheels, while it was also upgraded mechanically. It was equipped with a 5.7 liter V8 engine producing 350 hp at 6,000 rpm and 451 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, that enabled it to do the 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds, having a top speed of 174 mph.
