This is the second Featured Car article on Vehiclejar Blog and this time we will be featuring a more modern car, the 2001 Audi A4 B5.
The B5 is the first generation of the Audi A4 and it was produced from 1994 until 2001, the second generation (B6) came out in 2000 and it continued until 2004 when the third generation came out. The last generation (B8) came out in 2008 and it continues until today.
The B5 is the continuation of the Audi 80 and from 1994 until today, it has sold over 5 million units (a calculation based on the sale of all the generations).
Our follower on twitter, Connor decided to share with us some pictures and information about his car, that you can see on the picture above. The car was bought by Connor, from its former owner, without him telling Connor about the problems the car had, such as the bad brakes and a bad clutch and so Connor has been working on fixing these problems.
The car is stage 1 GIAC tuned, it has a stage 2 clutch, a Magnaflow exhaust system, 15 pounds of boost and a K&N intake system. Connor tells us that in the future he plans to lower the car 1.5-2 inches, and widen the rear with 10-15mm spacers. He also plans to a take the car to stage 2 tune and equip it with a catted downpipe and an FMIC system.
We thank Connor for giving us the opportunity to write about his beautiful Audi A4 and we hope that you liked the article.
