Infiniti announced their range for 2016. Firstly they are cancelling the Q40, which will be replaced by the upcoming Q30 hatchback. Secondly, the Q50 gets a two-liter, turbocharged engine, the same engine used in the Mercedes-Benz CLA250. Finally, the Q60 coupe gets cancelled, with its replacement expected to be presented in 2016 and to be launched on the market as a 2017 model.

The company also decided to increase the wheelbase of the QX50 at 8 centimeters, to increase the available space for the rear passengers. The changes in this model include LED daytime running lights, new 19 inch alloy wheels, a standard sunroof and more safety systems. Regarding the QX60 and more specifically, the QX60 facelift, it will be presented in January of 2016, by the company at the Detroit auto show.
