The last Ford Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition was auctioned for $170k

The last Ford Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition was auctioned by Barrett-Jackson yesterday in Las Vegas for the sum of $ 170,000, with a significant proportion of the revenues to go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which is the world’s biggest foundation about diabetes, while the rest of the money will go to the heart and vascular institute Edith and Benson Ford, which is “a leader and innovator in comprehensive cardiovascular care, research and education.”

The last Ford Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition was auctioned for $170k

The special edition of the model is based on the Mustang GT,  it is equipped with a Performance package and it will be produced in 1,964 units. It is available in two colors (Wimbledon White and Kona Blue). It is equipped with 19 inch wheels, big Brembo brakes and it is available with both 6 speed manual and  6 speed automatic transmission.
