LG Chem at a recent conference in South Korea, announced that they have prepared a new lithium-ion battery which has an autonomy of 300 miles.
The battery has a capacity between 80 and 120 kWh. The company is the main supplier of several automakers, such as Chevrolet, Renault, Ford and Volvo. The batteries of the company will be used on the new Chevrolet Bolt EV which will have an autonomy of more than 200 miles.
