These are the first official pictures of the Mercedes-AMG GT3, which will debut at the Geneva Motor show next week. The photos show the AMG GT3 at the Estoril circuit in Portugal. It is based on the AMG-GT and it has an aggressive body kit with a huge rear spoiler.
The interior features a racing steering wheel, roll cage, bucket carbon seat, large digital display and a carbon center console full of switches.
The car is equipped with the same 6,2 liter V8 engine again as the SLS AMG GT3, with Mercedes to choose this engine, since they do not have time to build a new engine that that meets the FIA regulations for the 2016 GT3 championship. The car will start to run in races in 2016.
