Mercedes presented in Geneva the AMG GT Concept, a four door coupe, that combines the utility of a sedan and the style of a coupe. The car is a pre-production concept, of a model that will be presented in 2019.
Mechanically it is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 bi turbo engine, that is combined with an electric motor, with the total power reaching 815 hp, that passes to all the wheels. The car is able to do the 0-100 km/h in less than 3 seconds, while its electric motor giving it an electric range of some kilometers.
The production model of this concept will replace the CLS Shooting Brake and it will be the competitor of the Porsche Panamera, the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe and the Audi A7. It will be released with the name GT 4 and it will be based on the MRA platform, used by the C63, E63 and S63.
