So Sunday’s post was not a Dakar version of the Range Rover Evoque, but a racing Range Rover Evoque called Milner LRM-1. The car is based on a tubular chassis with double wishbones and a fully independent suspension. The car’s body is made of synthetic material, its length is 4/5 the length of the “simple” Evoque.
It is equipped with a 5- liter V8 engine producing 550 hp and 680 Nm of torque, with power being transferred to all four wheels via a six speed sequential gearbox with a Milner differential.
The LRM-1 of Milner will be offered as final product on turnkey or as a kit with a choice of engines and gearboxes .
