Nurburgring, the famous German track was sold again, as the previous owner, the German Capricorn became insolvent, non managing to pay on time the money, with the takeover collapsing. So the Ring changed hands for the third time in 2014, the Russian billionaire, Viktor Kharitonin has purchased the majority of shares of the “Green Hell”.
Kharitonin is the president of Pharmstandard, a large pharmaceutical company based in Moscow. Kharitonin has bought 2/3 of the track, with the news being confirmed by Pietro Nuvoloni, representative of the managers of the track. People of Capricorn refused to make statements. Nuvoloni did not announced the amount given by Kharitonin to acquire the shares previously held by Capricorn.
