Lamborghini 5 days before it presents the Huracán at the Geneva Motor Show, uploaded the official trailer of the Huracán, the car that will replace the Gallardo.
Lamborghini has already received 700 orders for the car. The Huracán is equipped with a V10 5,2 liter engine (the same as the Gallardo), wearing a new system of direct and indirect injection called “Iniezione Diretta Stratificata” (IDS), which helps the engine to produce 610 horses at 8,250 rpm with 560 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is combined with the new 7 speed dual clutch automatic transmission of Lamborghini, called Lamborghini Doppia Frizione (LDF) with three modes Strada, Sport and Corsa, which sends power to all four wheels through a fully electronically controlled all-wheel drive system.
It weighs 1,422 kilos and does the 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds , the 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds and has a top speed of 325 km/h. It has a ratio of 2.33 kg/horse with Lamborghini to equip the Huracán with a Start/Stop system, that helps the car have an average fuel consumption of 12.5 l/100 km and emit 290 g of CO2 per kilometre.
