Peugeot has unveiled today the 2008 DKR, her new race car for the Rally Dakar 2015. The car has been developed in collaboration with Red Bull and Total, with Carlos Sainz and Cyril Despres aa drivers.

The French want to try to break the streak of MINI, returning to the race of 1990, a year that they took the victory with the historic 405 T16 Grand Raid.

The Peugeot 2008 DKR has an extremely aggressive design, with a large air intake in the roof, wearing off-road Michelin tires,of 37 inches (about 94 cm). It is two wheel drive, but Peugeot did not announce anything about the engine.
