Land Rover, after the presentation of the MY2015 for the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport, today unveiled a special version of the luxury SUV.
The car is the result of collaboration between the Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) of the British company and also gun manufacturer company Holland & Holland. The special edition is based on the top model of the Range Rover Autobiography Black with the long wheelbase, which costs €190.000, the Range Rover by Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations and Holland & Holland costs € 230.000.
The car is the most expensive and luxurious Range Rover ever built and it is visually distinguished by a special green color of Holland & Holland and special logos. Most changes, however, are in the interior, where the Range Rover has the Executive Class package with two separate adjustable rear seats and an extended center console, which features electric folding tables walnut wood, new upholstery, unique lighting and USB charging ports.
The Range Rover has a special soft brown leather upholstery with logos of Holland & Holland in the front seats, while the same material is found on the gear knob. The most striking feature is the luggage compartment, where there is a detachable leather aluminum enclosure that was created specifically for this model. The enclosure features alcantara interior and plenty of room for a couple of British guns. The floor of the cargo area is made of aluminum and carbon fiber.
Production will be limited to only 40 units per year for the next three years and all vehicles will be available with either the 4.4 liter diesel SDV8 producing 339 hp or a 5 liter supercharged V8 engine producing 510 hp.
