Dongfeng announced that the joint venture Dongfeng Renault Automotive Company (DRAC) in China, will build an electric car, based on the Fluence ZE. The electric model will be manufactured at Dongfeng’s plant in Wuhan from 2017 and it will be sold under its brand, exclusively in the Chinese market. Dongfeng will also work with PSA-Peugeot Citroen for the joint development of another electric vehicle.
