According to rumors BMW will launch in 2020 the 9-Series, which will be a large four-door luxury coupe model based on the 7 Series with the long wheelbase. The car will be able to carry four people and it is expected to be offered with a 4.4 liter V8 twin-turbo engine and a six-cylinder plug-in hybrid, while the top version will be equipped with a V12 engine producing 650 hp.
The same rumors say that BMW is preparing the i6, which will be launched also at 2020. The car will have similar dimensions to those of the 3 Series, while it will use carbon to be lightweight and it will be available with four electric motors that will be powered by lithium polymer batteries.
