Volvo will present at the 2016 Detroit auto show, the S90, the new flagship of the company, that will also be available in a wagon version, called V90.

The S90, will replace the S80 and it will be the competitor of many luxury sedan models of other companies. It will have a more discreet design than that of the XC90, while its interior will feature leather upholstery, wooden and metal decorations, a digital instrument panel and an infotainment system with a large touch screen.
The S90 will be built on the SPA (Scalable Product Architecture) platform, which was first used by the new XC90. The car will be available with the same engines as the XC90, while it will also have e a hybrid version that will be wearing the same hybrid powertrain as the XC90 T8. The construction of the S90 and V90 will be done at the company’s factory in Daqing, China.
