Cadillac ATS 2013

The ATS is smaller than the Cadillac’s CTS sedan. The Cadillac ATS will only weigh 3,400 pounds, which was achieved by extensive use of  lightweight materials such as an aluminum , magnesium engine and carbon fiber.

At the interior the ATS is similar to the CTS with stitched surfaces, also carbon fiber trim will be optionally available. The ATS features Cadillac’s new CUE infotainment system, which has navigation, communication and vehicle settings through an eight-inch touch-screen monitor. It will also have these optional accessories: a heads-up display, a sport suspension, a limited slip differential  and 18 inch aluminum wheels shod with run flat tires.

The ATS will be available with  three different engines, automatic gearbox or manual gearbox and RWD or AWD.One of the engines is a 2.5 liter four-cylinder with 202 hp and 258 Nm of torque combined with a six speed automatic transmission, RWD, and a consumption of  22 mpg.The second engine will be a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder, whith  272 hp and 353 Nm of torque combined with a six speed manual transmission and a consumption of 21 mpg (  20 mpg on the AWD system).The thrird engine is a 3.6 liter V6 with 321 hp and 372 Nm of torque combined with a six speed automatic gearbox and a consumption of 19 mpg with RWD and 18 mpg with AWD.

The four door sedan version with RWD and the 2.5 liter engine will be sold at $33.100, while the most powerfull 4 door version with the 3.6 liter engine will be sold at $47.800.
