The Maserati Ghibli was introduced in 2013 and now the company presented the 2017 version of the car, that features two new stylistic packages. The customers can now choose between the Luxury and Sport packages, with the company also offering two versions of the Carbon package. The Luxury package, features a luxurious interior and details on the bodywork of the car, while the Sport package underlines the sporty character of the model.
The basic 3.0-liter V6 biturbo engine of the car, now produces an extra 20 hp, reaching a total of 350 hp with 500 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. This power increase, helps the car to have a top speed of 266 km/h. The car is also available with a 3.0-liter V6 biturbo diesel engine producing 250 and 275 hp in two different versions, while at the top of the range the company places the Ghibli S and Ghibli S Q4 that produce 410 hp and 550 Nm of torque.
The interior of the car has been slightly redesigned and it has been upgraded with an advanced infotainment system with an 8.4 inch touchscreen, compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The renewed Ghibli features many security systems, such as prevention of accidents, adaptive cruise control with a stop & go function, a lane changing alert system and a front collision warning with an automatic braking function.
