The owner of this red Chevrolet Corvette Z06 had just traveled 891 miles (1,434 km), when the 6,2 liter V8 supercharged engine broke, while he was changing from second to third gear while going about 55 km/h.
The issue was located in the sixth cylinder, with GM to replace the broken engine for free as it was under warranty.
