Lotus presented the Exige S Club Racer, a more powerful version of the Exige S. The Exige S Club Racer is only available as a coupe and it features a front splitter, a flat floor that besides of the improved aesthetics, offers 42 kilos of downforce at 160 km/h.
The car is also 15 kg lighter than the standard version due to the lighter battery and the center console, the lighter doors and the new lighter seats.
It is equipped with a 3.5 liter supercharged V6 engine, which enables it to do the 0-100 km/h in 4 seconds, having a top speed of 274 km/h. The Exige S Club Racer, it costs £56,900, which is £2,400 more than the Exige S, but Lotus claims that the additional equipment is worth £4,500.
