Alpine presented the Celebration concept at this year’s Le Mans, but Bernard Ollivier the president of the company said that the production model will be launched when it is ready after 2017.
Ollivier said
We have one chance. One possibility because when we launch this project, we are not only launching a car, we must launch a car and the entire Alpine. The future of the Alpine is based on this model. So, we have one goal today, which is the success of this car.
The launch of the car, can not be before 2017 and if we need more time to make the car successful, we’ll get it. The goal is to make sure that the car will be perfect!
